Your show name, dates, booth location, key moments and intended platforms. We agree on a shot list and filming schedule before the day.
Can you add photos, interviews or a full talk?+
Yes, by a separate quote. Dedicated photography, interview audio, full-session recordings and extra crew are scoped separately from these highlight-film packages.
What does the price cover?+
The coverage and finished edits listed in your chosen package, one consolidated revision round and brand use on your own website and social channels. Raw footage, extra versions, paid-ad rights, overtime and additional crew are quoted separately. Any required parking, credentials or venue fees are agreed in advance.
How do we reserve a date?+
Send your show details to confirm availability and receive a written scope. Your agreement sets the booking payment, balance schedule, cancellation terms and any venue requirements.
